Every investor about to start construction is welcome to free advice, whether we later work together or not. We put on the table what the plot’s ground implies, how the trades should be sequenced, what time and cost typically look like, and which mistakes we see too often on site.
The point is not to win the job; it is to stop a project starting on the wrong foot and wearing down both the investor and the site. If you have questions, call. A short walk on the plot is often worth more than a long report.
