Privacy Policy
What you share on this site is used to answer you and to keep the site running. It is not sold.
This policy explains how we treat the privacy of visitors to halitoglu.com.tr. Halitoğlu İnş. Hafr. Nak. Petrol Tarım Ürünleri San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. is the data controller. The detailed notice under Turkish Law No. 6698 is the PDPL notice. Last updated: 17 September 2026.
What this site does
We publish projects, services and corporate pages. The contact and careers forms, and the newsletter field in the footer, open your mail app by default; the message reaches info@halitoglu.com.tr because you send it.
The forms ask for name, phone, email and a message; the careers form also asks for a role and a covering note. You may attach a CV in that email. The newsletter takes only an email address.
The same kinds of details are processed when you write or call us, so we can answer the request.
Records created automatically
When you visit, the hosting layer may keep technical logs for security (time of connection, browser type, IP). These are not used for advertising and are deleted or anonymised after a normal period.
Your light/dark appearance choice is stored locally in the browser under `halitoglu-theme`. It is not tied to an account and is not sent to us.
We do not run advertising cookies, analytics pixels or third-party tracking scripts.
Third parties
The map on the contact page is a Google Maps embed. When it loads, Google may process its own cookies and records. See Google’s privacy notice.
If you follow the Instagram icon, Instagram’s rules apply from that point. The LinkedIn control does not currently send you anywhere.
Hosting and email providers may carry out the technical processing needed to deliver their service. We do not sell your data into marketing lists.
Security
Access is kept to those who need it. Because form content travels by email, the security of your own mailbox also matters. No channel is perfectly risk-free; we take the administrative and technical steps that are reasonable for a site of this kind.
Children
This is the public face of a construction company. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
