Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers on where we work, how a quote starts and what we take on.

Where do you work?
Our office is in Malıköy Organised Industrial Zone, Sincan, Ankara. We mainly work in and around Ankara, especially on factory and industrial sites. Share the plot and we will arrange a site visit.
What services do you provide?
Excavation, infrastructure, roads and ground improvement, formwork and site concrete, finishing and renovation, landscape, and free consulting. On factory and industrial buildings we can take the job from infrastructure through to handover.
How do I get a survey and a quote?
Use the form on the contact page, call 0532 618 15 11, or write to info@halitoglu.com.tr. Once we have the site and project details we plan a survey and then prepare a quote.
Is the consulting really free?
Yes. Investors about to start construction are welcome to a no-fee first conversation and a reading of the plot, whether we later work together or not. The point is to stop a job starting on the wrong foot.
Do you have your own plant?
Yes. For excavation and site works we use our own machines and truck fleet. For concrete, finishing and landscape we combine our plant with trade partners we have worked with for years.
How is the programme set?
Time depends on scope, ground conditions, materials and how ready the plot is. Trade list and an indicative timetable are agreed at quote stage. We aim to finish in good time without giving up quality.
Do you also build housing?
Our core work is factories, office blocks and industrial buildings. We can look at renovation and finishing on other building types; suitability is decided on the survey.
How do I apply for a job?
Use the form on the Human Resources page. It opens your email app so you can attach a CV. You can also write to info@halitoglu.com.tr.
What are your hours?
Office and planning run weekdays 08:00–18:00. For urgent site matters you can reach us by phone.
