Legal grounds (PDPL Art. 5):

- Compliance with a legal obligation of the controller
- The Company’s legitimate interest (continuing a conversation, site and plot security), provided this does not harm your fundamental rights
- Your explicit consent (newsletter and marketing)
Transfers
Within the purposes above, data may be shared with our email and hosting providers, with public authorities where the law requires it, and with trade partners only to the extent your request needs it.
The map on the contact page is a Google embed. When you view it, Google’s own privacy rules may apply. If you follow the Instagram link, Instagram’s policies apply. The Company is not the controller of those third-party services; please read their notices.
A transfer abroad may occur if the email or hosting infrastructure we use keeps servers outside Türkiye. In that case we follow the PDPL rules on transfers.
Retention
We keep data for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods in the applicable law. When the purpose ends, and no legal duty to keep remains, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
